This passion led to the creation of Cleansing Spirit Bodywork, born from a simple yet profound mission: to help my community embrace healthier living through natural means. As the sole proprietor, I draw on local expertise and strong connections with other providers to spread awareness of CranioSacral Therapy throughout Green Bay, Wisconsin, and the surrounding areas.

Meet Casie Pelnar

I'm Casie Pelnar, the owner and therapist behind Cleansing Spirit Bodywork. With over 21 years as a CranioSacral Therapist and 23 years as an Equine Bodyworker, I've built a foundation of expertise to support both human and animal wellness. In 2024, I earned my Techniques Level Certification from the Upledger Institute, and I'm actively pursuing Diplomate Certification while serving as a Teaching Assistant and mentor.

My journey into this field began in 2003, when a friend inspired me to certify in Equine Massage Therapy. Soon after, I discovered CranioSacral Therapy (CST) as a remedy for my migraines—and the results were transformative. Eager to learn more, I enrolled in the premier program at the Upledger Institute.

From there, I've expanded my skills by becoming a Reiki Master and Vibromuscular Harmonization Technique Practitioner, along with adding certifications in Equine Touch Practitioner, Equine CranioSacral Therapy, and Equine Tensegrity. These tools, combined with my 21 years of CranioSacral Therapy experience, have enriched my practice, allowing me to offer greater value to clients—both two-legged and four-legged.

In the past two years, I've deepened this expertise with a greater focus on Postural Rehabilitation, identifying commonalities in how human clients' bodies compensate through postural habits and changes. This has naturally extended to my equine work, where I've incorporated programs such as the Balance Through Movement Method (BTMM), Postural Rehabilitation (PR4H/PRP), Jeck Aristotle Ballou's Corrective Exercises for Horses, and Artistic Dressage, with an emphasis on Equine and Equestrian Feldenkrais.

Throughout my career, I've collaborated with massage therapists, chiropractors, nutritionists, and physicians, thriving on a team-based approach to enhance client outcomes. I keep these channels open, always prioritizing my clients' best interests.

With every session, I'm continually reminded of the body's incredible resilience and innate healing capacity—whether recovering from physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual challenges. I'm excited to join you on your path to wellness!
