CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch modality that works to release restrictions on the spinal system. When this system has restrictions it will interfere with the fluid that is housed within which intern will disrupt the brain and spinal cord from it’s proper functions.

CST can be helpful in treatment of acute pain and chronic ailments stemming from physical, mental or emotional tension.  Such as:

VibroMuscular Harmonization Technique/Equine Touch

A technique that vibrates the bodies connective tissue. The connective tissue surrounds not only the body itself but every muscle, every fiber of every muscles and every organ. By vibrating the tissue, the body can:

  • Release muscle tightening

  • Dissolve scar tissue

  • Release muscle memory
